Jim is a 1988 graduate of Rutgers University, licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Certified Public Accountant in 1989, and brings over 25 years experience of small business administration and accounting to By The Book. His vision is to bring to small business a one stop source for all of their payroll, tax, and bookkeeping needs. He has positioned By The Book to be larger than the sole practitioner, to provide clients with the stability of having a company providing for them, but smaller than the large firm, to whom you are just a client number.
